This morning I woke up to find an email from my host family!
It's official now! Everything suddenly seems so much more real now that I actually know where I'll be staying.
Sendai is the largest city in the northern region of Japan, and about 200 miles north of Tokyo. And it's on the Pacific Ocean. :-)
